Nicoa Garrett is a native of Detroit, Michigan. She currently lives in Jacksonville, FL. Her passion is to influence and cause deliberate action for everyone that crosses her path. She is married to a great man and has two beautiful daughters. She has a B.A. in Criminal Justice, M.A. in Info. Mgmt. & Technology and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution.
